I usually wear a medium or large i got a medium and they fit perfectly the waist band isnt compresive the honeycomb are small and dont stick out un like the usually type but they are good meterial thin but not see thru the are built more for taller people they bunch at my ankels but most pants do im 5' and 170lbs thers roughly an extra 1/2 foot or more material height wise on me.
